Coaches and mentors need professional supervision to ensure their continued professional development and the quality of their work with clients. All our consultants are supervised.
We provide supervision for external and internal coaches, both individually or in groups, working with them on three integrated areas:
enables supervisees to develop their self awareness of themselves and the impact they have on their coaching. We challenge them to explore the conscious and unconscious patterns of transference and projection that will be occurring within the coaching relationship to ensure coaches are working effectively with their clients.
enables supervisees to broaden and deepen their professional practise, through extending their existing repertoire and refining their coaching skills.
working with supervisees to help them see the organisational context of their work with individuals and teams and to maximise the organisational development that can arise from their interventions. We work with the diversity of the coach and that of their clients to enable them to bring the benefits of diversity into businesses.
