In-house training programmes to enable managers to develop their coaching skills. Programmes are tailored to the needs of the organisation, and framed according to your own values and culture. For managers with less experience of a coaching approach, we offer two virtual half day sessions with time to practice their skills in between and bring any queries or challenges to the second session. For more experienced managers we provide coaching masterclasses where they can identify their own strengths and blind spots and work on real-life challenges they are facing.
We support organisations to set up, sustain and refresh in-house mentoring schemes. Our approach is tailored to your needs and can include evaluation of any existing scheme, developmental training for new and existing mentors, establishing a peer support approach, and supervision of in-house mentors.
