Tracy is an accredited and experienced leadership coach and mentor, who helps her clients to grow and develop as leaders and managers. Having worked with The Centre as a client for many years, and more recently with the Centre on our coach supervision development group.
Throughout her years of practical leadership experience in a range of public sector organisations, Tracy has developed a deep understanding and appreciation of the challenges and responsibilities facing senior leaders, and those who aspire to senior roles. Her own experience as a specialist in change management, leading change and stakeholder engagement informs her coaching practice. Tracy is also an insightful, experienced team coach and facilitator, and specialises in organisational development and change management.

Tracy’s coaching style is person centred, and solution focused.
