Wendy is an experienced consultant, facilitator and coach, with over twenty years experience as a senior manager in public sector organisations. Since joining The Centre for Mentoring and Coaching in 2010 as an Associate, Wendy became a Director in 2013.
Wendy has worked as mentor and coach to many people across different sectors and at different stages of their careers and lives. She has also undertaken executive and non-executive team development programmes for a number of different organisations, and led action learning sets drawing participants from a wide range of organisations and backgrounds. In addition, she runs training courses on a wide range of subjects for those working in the housing and public sectors.
To support her coaching practice, Wendy has completed the Masters Practitioner course in coaching and mentoring at the University of the West of England. She also has a Masters in Business Administration and an MSc in Social Policy and Planning.
Wendy works with an action-orientated results-based coaching approach, to deliver real outcomes based on personal and organisational values. She draws on a varied range of models and management practices as appropriate, but tailors her approach to the individual being coached.
