Sandra has worked as a Chief Executive for the past 14 years and became an independent management consultant and coach in 2015. Sandra is an Associate for the Centre for Mentoring and Coaching with considerable experience both as a senior manager and at Board level. Sandra has worked within (and across) the private, public and voluntary/charitable sectors and has also been a Trustee and Governor for a range of organisations, including City of Bristol College, SkillsActive National Council and a number of local strategic Boards and Partnership Groups. Sandra currently sits on the Bristol Mayoral Commission for Women and was recently awarded an MBE in recognition of her service to the community of Bristol over 30 years and for her leadership and contribution to Bristol's Cocid 19 emergency response
The breadth of her experience includes human resources within a global FMCG company, business development, performance improvement, contract management, partnership development, training development and delivery. She is a confident, lively and engaging facilitator with experience of delivery to a wide range of audiences.
A member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Sandra works to achieve positive transformation and improvement within individuals and organisations, encouraging creativity and new ways of thinking. With a strong interest in professional development and embedding diversity in leadership, her approach is empathic and challenging, bringing the individual into focus to identify and transcend barriers to progression. She completed the Masters Level course in Coaching and Mentoring at the University of West of England in 2015.
Sandra's past and current clients include Statutory Authorities, SME's and voluntary sector agencies, working with Strategic Officers, Directors, Trustee Boards and individual staff members.
Originally from London, Sandra has lived in and enjoyed Bristol for the past 28 years.
