Sarah draws on a diverse career in the voluntary and community sector, holding Chief Executive and Director roles where she led charities and senior teams, at local and national level. She joined the Centre as an Associate in 2024.
With a MSc in Management Development, Sarah brings a strong track record in successful business and service development. Her interests include working with complex ‘system’ issues and enabling people to tap into their potential for thinking and acting differently.
Sarah coaches clients to develop their leadership. Her practice includes coaching outdoors, to help clients gain different perspectives, 'blow the cobwebs away' and generate fresh ideas.
She is passionate about supporting teams to strengthen their diversity and inclusion.
